Patients are scheduled for appointments in the office between the hours of 1:00pm and 4:00pm Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, and between 8:00am and 11:15am on Friday mornings. Additionally, Nancy Jo sees patients on Monday and Thursday mornings.

If staff is unable to answer your call, you may need to leave a message or call back at a later time. Most voicemail messages are returned the same business day. However, our busiest clinic times are between the hours of 1:00pm and 5:00 pm, and staff will be with in-office patients during this time. Messages left between these times will be addressed the next business day.
Location and Directions
We are located in the Physician Specialty Center attached to the Greenview Hospital in Bowling Green, Kentucky. You should enter the Outpatient Registration entrance and take the elevator to the 3rd floor, exiting to the left off the elevator. We are located in Suite 307.
